We promise to beat any like for like written quote on all equipment if you manage to find it cheaper elsewhere. Delivery and collection costs are as competitive as possible and will be considered case by case due to location, if we can save you money, we will save you money.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery and collections fees are solely based on location. We strive to keep our delivery costs as low as possible. Full information on delivery costs will be given upon application.

What if I want to collect my equipment myself?

You are of course able to collect and return the equipment yourself. A collection point would need to be determined prior to collection. There is no charge for this service.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Should your circumstances change, and you no longer wish to proceed with your booking, contact us by phoning 01872 859598, or emailing mobilityhirecornwall@gmail.co.uk at your earliest opportunity. Depending on time frame payments may be non-refundable. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more details.


What if there is a problem with my equipment whilst on hire?

Any incident or damage to equipment must be reported immediately. However, if you have a breakdown, you must call the emergency number found in backpack of the scooter. We can then talk you through how to fix the problem or arrange a replacement.

I have some equipment I don’t know what to do with, do you accept secondhand or used equipment?

We certainly do. Depending on what the item is and its condition, we will happily receive any secondhand or used equipment you are willing to donate or happy to discuss purchasing your item.
